Janet Thill Parker is an artist who is greatly influenced by animals and nature.
Janet was born and raised in Aurora, Illinois. She has been drawing and painting since her early years. One of her note-worthy early instructors was the award winning, Ruth Van Sickle Ford. Mrs. Ford was a master at perspective and shading, which has greatly influenced Ms. Parker’s art.
Ms. Parker has shown and sold paintings in several states throughout the years. She has used a variety of mediums including, graphite, pen and ink, acrylic, oils and watercolors.
Currently her studio is in Charlotte, NC.
